Sea oak functions as a barrier to prevent moisture loss, while sea kelp nourishes and revitalizes the hair, improving elasticity. Deepshine Blonde leaves the hair in optimal condition with radiant shine. This gentle formula lifts up to 7 levels.
Directions:
In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 oz. (30 ml.); of Deepshine Blonde Gentle Lightening Cream with 2 oz. (60 ml.); of the appropriate Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 Volume); depending on the level of lift desired.
On-Scalp Application:
Use only with 10 or 20 Volume Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer.
Off-Scalp Application:
Use with the desired Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer, with foils or cap.
